Healing Miracles (1)

What are healing miracles? Intuitively and simply put, they are powerful healing events that actually happen but that no human being not even scientists can explain how they happen. Secular folks will tend to explain them away via some human explanation. While folks who trust in God's words will explain them via pointing to God's words and thus giving all the praise and explanation to God. So, let's do that. A search in my Bible software produces a list of 131 verses that contain the word "heal" and all of its derivatives. The first one is in Genesis 20. You are better off if you read the entire chapter yourselves, but here is a summary.    Abraham's thoughts condemned Abimelech's people so Abraham chooses to withhold information about his wife Sarah. Abimelech responds by taking Sarah as his wife. God tells Abimelech that he is a dead man because Sarah was already married. Abimelech responds saying, "Lord, will You slay a nation, even though blameles...

Brick Wall of Love

The spring of 2004 was a massive pivot point in my life. I drove two days in increasingly icy, snowy, and foggy conditions across unfamiliar terrain. My destination was the International House of Prayer in Kansas City, Missouri. Less than a week later a demon was cast out of me and I began seeing Jesus in multiple visions both awake and asleep. Being rather ignorant as I was at the time of the spiritual world, I assumed others were having the same types of experiences that I was. So, I did not feel the need to share any of these experiences with anyone. But, I am revamping this blog so I thought I would start from the beginning. There really isn't anything a person can do when God decides to show you a vision. It does not even matter if you like the vision or not. You don't get to pick and choose them. I don't even remember ever praying to see visions from God. They just started happening during a time when I thought those visions meant I was going crazy. In fact, I did...

Unity in the Spirit #4 - A Real Exorcism

Before January 30, 2004: When I was in grade school, all my reading and writing skills were below par. The highest score I ever achieved was a B in English and only because I did a lot of extra credit work that used grammatical formulas. I never liked reading because I was made fun of by other students. Teachers, on occasion, publicly laughed at my reading failures. My reading was always slow and so was my comprehension.  My writing skills were no better. It was so bad that I had to take remedial writing classes before I was allowed to enter community college, but every class requiring writing produced the same struggle until I just simply gave up on college altogether. It was during my college struggles that I was diagnosed with a form of dyslexia that inserted incorrect words into my brain that caused the material to become confusing when I read or when I wrote. For example: I would read "hat" and the actual printed word was "cat" or I would w...
