Spiritual Birds
In Matthew 13, we are given the parable of the sower who sows seeds. Some fall along the road where birds came and ate the seed. Jesus gives the explanation of the birds as demons snatching God's words away from the heart in which God's words were sown. Now take a look at the interpretation of the baker's dream that Joseph gave in Genesis 40 . The bread which is made from seeds of grain is eaten by birds and Joseph says this is equal to the baker's death in three day's time. Why show you this? Because of what Jesus said here: He presented another parable to them, saying, "The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed, which a man took and sowed in his field; and this is smaller than all other seeds, but when it is full grown, it is larger than the garden plants and becomes a tree, so that THE BIRDS OF THE AIR come and NEST IN ITS BRANCHES."
